The AI in this game is smart, sometimes a little too smart. Snipers will know where you are and put a bullet in your head by the time you figure out where they are. Enemies will sometimes pop out of nowhere and start blasting you. Taking contol of vehicles such as waverunners and trucks are fun, the controls might take a while to master but you'll be running over soldiers in no time. The controls are a little awkward at first, such as jumping and stabbing but will get easier as you play the game. The worst part of the controls are zooming in sniper mode and grenade throwing, when trying to zoom the controls are sometimes unresponsive and you'll have to try a couple times DURING a gun fight. But the game has some great level designs and challenge to it. 2 1/2 stars out of 5.

This game is good but it feels like someone else made this game and just copied far cry the real one like Jacks voice is diffrent and a whole lot of things i hate the most was Jack's personnality it changed a WHOLE lot really this game felt like a cheezy version of the real one bu its still good.

The graphics were exceptionally B-A-D! I heard that this was just a Gamecube game transfered to Wii, which makes sense because it looks like it could be a Gamecube game.

Graphics are not quite as good as the original played on a gaming computer, but the controls are better. They take some getting used to, but once you get the hang of them, they give you easier control than a mouse/keyboard combo. Gameplay is very good, lots of toys to play with ... jetski's, vehicles, etc. are all fun to drive. Sounds are very good, such as rev'ing up the jetski. Automatic save points along the way ensure that you will not get too frustrated should you get killed, as you can start from the last save point. The story line is pretty much open and well flowing, allowing you to choose where you want to go. The occasional cut screens are well done, the graphics appearing better in them than during game play. This is a fun, engrossing game if you like first person shooters.

Good FPS, okay plot. All in all it was above par. AI and backround images could use some work, other then that pick it up. It's a great buy.

This is a great game. The play takes alittle getting use to. But it makes the game more involved, then on the other systems.

Rented, Returned: I'm not sure why those nice folks at Ubisoft destroyed the graphics in this generally beautiful series, but they did. The story is basically and expanded version of Far Cry Predator Evolution for the 360. When it hits the $19.99 mark I'll pick it up and finish it off, until then it was worth a rental to try out.

Could been so much more all they had to do was work on graphics longer, have two player co-op mode, four players multi play, and online. But a good idea non the less.

i read all of the reviews for this game and i love it it rules i had some problems with it but hey nothings perfict(aside from zelda(any of them but the cd-i ones and zelda 2))the graphics are good aside from the cutsecines the voices were kinda funny but mostly bad the gameplay was fun and cool overall good game

i hate the controls because he turns so slow and i thought that it was a new part in the series but its just a remake ut this game also has some good in it, like not only are you a badass guy with guns you also have super powers that make it where you can slap people across the field, smell people miles away, see in the dark, and jump miles high overall this is a rent

This game is good its multiplayer thats good but you have to have a friend or someone from your family to play aswell it's not like sonic and the secret rings but on story mode it's good as you progress through the game you notice that his hands get vainy and the vains are sticking out ( This game is a 1st person view shooter )

It`s hard to turn your view and it`s hard to throw bombs were you want them. one time I threw one right over his head across the level but it be better if it had online and able to make your level

This Game is just sad Far Cry its one of my favorite Multiplayer Game for its unique and fun multiplayer battles and Map editing which not even Halo 1 or 2 can match The game was a perfect 10 on my list of FPS. Sadly I cannot say the same for the wii version it just makes me sad for two BIG reasons... Graphics - The wii its supposed to have more graphics than a regular XB0X stil it almost looks like a PS1 game from the 2000 or something its just plain ugly comparing it to the XB0X Version whoever made this game is a LAZY F@#KER Multiplayer - Not ONLINE, NO MAP EDITOR, ITS A 2PLAYER NOT 4, REALLY SMALL LEVELS BESIDES JUST HAVING LIKE 5 OF THEM IT JUST SUCKS THIS GAME ITS A PIECE OF CRAP COMPARED TO THE ORIGINAL!!!! AND THE SAME GOES TO THE SPLINTER CELL

its ****ing abysmal. you cant turn around fast enough to shoot the bad guys and the graphics are dreaded ps2 lauch title graphics. what a **** load of ****!!!
