i really like the game!!!! but you play the same maps over and over on 50cc 100cc and 150cc.

Excellent multi player, and best online Wii game so far. 150cc AI is really cheap and has discouraged me from playing Grand Prix.

Great! Good grafix. Fun. Not as good as Mario Kart 64, but what could beat MK 64!!?? Great for the money. Gamecube controller is easier to control, but the Wii wheel is really fun. People who have never played Mario Kart will enjoy it. Great game for Wii, buy it.

I enjoyed that Nintendo utilized the wiimote in the way they did. I would suggest anyone who has a wii to purchase this game.

Okay, anyone who's played a previous Mario Kart, and liked it, should buy this one. It has all the fun characters, courses and karts, plus the unlockables of each. If you're into realistic racing... this is NOT it. You throw bananas at each other in this game, after all. Added features: You can race against 'ghosts' (images of previous racers) who are experts from Nintendo. Beating a staff ghost opens up an expert ghost. Do this on enough tracks, and you get bonus vehicles to use. Also new is the rating system. When you complete a Grand Prix race, you'll be given a score from F to A to three stars. Earning a star for all the courses in a ciruit opens more unlockables. Circuits are still 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, and Mirror. 50cc allows you only karts, 100cc is cycles, and 150cc allows both at once. Battle Mode is back... but it's not as much fun with huge fields and 12 karts flying about randomly. I prefered the smaller ones, where you would swerve around, trying to line up a green-shell shot. Most people won't be playing this mode now. On the upside, you can now play against anyone in the world, online! And there are bonus challenges posted on the Kart channel, if you want to try something new. In any case, you'll be playing for 100s of hours. Just have to figure out which controller you like to use!

A must "BUY" should be included with all Wii Units.. and I dont even like racing games all that much, usually This is to the "Wii Console" what Mario was to the original Nintendo

All right, it's a great game, but I was incredibly dissapointed with the multyplayer. If you like racing games and playing by yourself, by all means this is for you. If you liked Double Dash because of it's multiplayer modes, too bad, because they trashed all that.

Simply put, this is a "pick-up-and-play" game thats so easy to learn and so hard to put down. The old-school mario kart style is back with new levels, characters, karts, even online play. Anyone who's played any mario kart game will feel at home with this one, yet it just keeps getting better.

This is an amazing racing game, the best of the mario kart series. The wheel makes racing a bit harder than the gamecube controller, but the wheel is really fun. The new courses are amazing to race on. Everything is good, the graphics,the camera, gameplay, everything. I Highly recommend!

Better than Mario Kart Double Dash, never sets boring, a lot of characters being a third of them are new ones, awesome graphics. MUST GET!!!!

good game wifi worked great but i dont get that its packaged w/a wii wheel and the new vehicles r bikes ? Didnt qquite make sense 2 me but the wii wheel still works great!1

It's the best racing game I've ever played. I also think the Koopas that dedicated thier shells to be used as power-ups in Mario Kart Wii are to be respected.

This isn't a game for me.  I'm not a racing fan, find the luck to skill ratio is too high because of overpowered items, and don't like the rubber-banding commonly found in MarioKart Wii.  However, my wife loves it and the game can be quickly picked up and played by anyone.  So it's worth owning (and playing) even though I don't enjoy it that much.

Mario Kart Wii is a good game cause u get the retro coures from the old games bringing back the legendary maps that u played in diffrent games

Well, what can be said about MKW that hasn't already been said? It's the same old Mario Kart formula with a new-gen online taste. Definitely worth the buy.

This game is alright it is good for mario kart but nothing really special the campaign part is boring but the online is very good and with friends is one of the best so buy it if u want the steering whell and if u play with friends a lot. Not as much for a hardcore gamer like myself but all casual gamers will love this game.

If you liked the other Mario Karts, you'll love this. Maybe. I love it, what with it's Wi-Fi play, 25 people to be (including Miis),  large selection of Karts and Bikes for each weight class, and fun multiplayer. Really. IF you're looking for something to keep you occupied, get this. Some of those people are really hard to unlock, some are easy. Same goes for Karts and Bikes.
