That film gave me nightmares for weeks after, and planted roots deep within my psyche that have never truly left...and I will be forever grateful.<br /> <br /> So this is my homage to Jack Torrance, the writer played by Jack Nicholson whose isolation with his wife and child over the winter causes him to descend into a deep well of madness, aided by the haunted hotel at which he is the caretaker. I think I was able to capture that insane grin rather well.
