Emily the Strange is mostly a marketing icon, much like Hello Kitty, adorning all manner of stickers, notebooks, posters, T-shirts, and other consumables...only Emily is more of an icon of female sass with a Goth edge. She's also had her own comic book.
For this Mii, the trick was to get her mouth with the black lipstick to look right, along with her low bangs.
