Close!!! This is my favorite comedian, I can't wait to see how it turns out. Add a facial feature, maybe change the mouth? Nailed the eyes, though.

Dude, if you get rid of the hat and give him different hair, I think it would look perfect.

thx for the feedback guys... i used the hat because NONE of the hairstyles looked right to me.  but i'll go over it again.  Also I really wanted to give him the stubble/5 oclock shadow, but I have to choose between that, and the eye caves.  and it stops looking like him if I take those away.... grrf.  :D  but yeah i wanna get this one right.

Hmm....well the hat is prolly the best choice you have.. Did you try the messy hair on him? (like the one on your avatar mii). Eyes are good.. mouth...I would try the half smile...?
