The Adorable Ewok character from Return of the Jedi, Wicket. This was also Warwick Davis' introductory role, making him one of the most well-known "little actors" in the business, also staring in such movies as Willow, Leprechaun, and even the Star Wars spin off "The Great Ewok Adventure".
Not bad for starting out your career playing a primitive teddy bear!
